We all do it…

How many times have you entered a conversation thinking you have all the answers, only to find out, maybe you don’t.

Think about that time when Job and all his so-called friends came to his side to comfort him. Nothing worse that a bunch of people gathering together to “fix this thing”, only to miss it all together. I have been there and I have done that.

Remember in Acts nine when Paul was on his way the fix this “The Way” situation once and for all. He had had enough of all their silly talk about this Jesus man. On his way to Damascus he met this Jesus and man was he surprised. As it ends up, nothing was like he thought it would be. He ends up having to be hand led on the rest of the journey.

And then there is Ananias, the one spoken to by the Lord to go and speak a message of salvation the this murderous man Saul. God ever speak to you about speaking to someone about Him and your reply was “seriously God, of all the people you could send me to and You want me to speak to this one?”

I don’t know how it is with you but when God puts something in front of me, I may not believe it but He usually has already prepared the path needed to follow in order to be obedient to Him. I may not want to believe it but, He has.

Who is in Damascus that God is preparing already for you to follow His commands?
