I get excited about working on developing my own relationships as well as helping others work on theirs. These relationships could be of any type. Maybe it is working on your relationship with your spouse.  Seeing this relationship blossoming, and usually, the ability to improve this relationship is within us. Maybe it is a co-worker relationship that you would like to see be in a better place. As a manager, you may want to improve your relationship with your employees.
